with a background in fashion art direction, she has worked in various environments, including editorial work at elle germany and marketing and creative direction for a dutch menswear label. since 2022 she has specialised in communication, positioning and curation for cause-based initiatives and independent artists. 

she currently works in communication and cultural management and for the textile museum st.gall.

growing up on a small island in northern germany, charlotte has since lived in france, canada, mauritius island, berlin, italy, the netherlands and switzerland. her international background makes her adaptable and linguistically versatile.
